To make a booking:

  1. Please check availability. We try very hard to keep this accurate and up-to-date.
  2. Phone or email to make a provisional reservation. We will hold this for a week pending completion of steps 3 and 4.
  3. Pay a 20% deposit (or full payment, if the start date is less than 6 weeks away).
    You can do this in any of the following ways:
     
    • Send a cheque to the above address
       
    • Pay by BACS transfer from a British bank to:

      This is a Nationwide FlexAccount (needed if you are transferring from another Nationwide account)
       
    • If from outside the UK, pay by International Bank transfer (please ask for the codes)
       
    • Pay by credit card using PayPal (3% surcharge). Please ask if you wish to pay this way.
       
  4. Fill in the Booking Form below (a copy will be emailed to you). Alternatively, you can print the form here and post it to us.

Terms and Conditions

  1. A deposit of 20% of the total cost is required to secure a booking. Telephone or email bookings will be held for 7 days.
  2. Full payment is due six weeks before the arrival date. If it is not received the booking will be considered cancelled.
  3. If a booking is cancelled, we will make our best efforts to relet the cottage. If we are unsuccessful, all payments made will be forfeit. If we successfully relet the cottage we will refund all payments made, less any costs incurred (eg bank charges).
  4. The cottage will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival. It must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
  5. All prices are inclusive of gas and electricity, bed linen, and towels for use in the cottage. Please bring your own beach towels.
  6. No smoking inside the cottage.
  7. Any non-trivial damage must be paid for.
